Adds a user as a sharing partner.

SYNTAX​

Add-IMPartner [[-Session] <ImmichSession>] [-SharedWithId] <String> [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>]
 [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION​

Creates a partnership relationship allowing asset sharing between users.
